We had a really overgrown pine tree that was previously pruned incorrectly according to two other tree services people. José was referred to us by an architect neighbor. He was so patient when explaining to me what needed to be done and what his quote covered. He came over multiple times and even brought a laser pointer in order to show me exactly where and how he'd want to trim the tree. His crew did a great job executing his plan. They were courteous, hardworking, and efficient. They finished a big job in one day and left our backyard super clean. We have a lot of plants under the tree as well. Was a little tough to schedule but very happy with the end product! We will be using them for all future tree needs. Very reasonable, and you can tell the tree was trimmed in a way that it is still happy and viable. They removed a dead tree trunk for us and structurally pruned our Bradford Pear. Certified arborist is the way to go!
