We only had an inspection so far, but Omari was FANTASTIC! He did a thorough job checking the whole house inside and out, above and below. Provided clear and honest feedback. Recommended a service I didn't even know they provided and needed! I was provided a quote on the spot! I was very impressed with the initial call, follow up email confirmation and the on onsite customer service Omari provided was worth my time to write this review. You don't get this kind of service very often and I highly enjoyed my experience.

Been using Ecola for years. Reliable and do what they promise. I get an annual inspection and spot treatment when needed. Better to catch termites now then when you sell only to discover serious and expensive damage. Their people are always good to deal with.Services: Termite inspection

Ecola and our technician John were once again GREAT! We recently noticed what we thought might be a termite "swarmer". We called John and he immediately responded and made arrangements to come out the very next day. He was quickly able to identify an area that had become infected with a termite colony and was able to perform a spot treatment on the spot (pardon the pun). So glad we have an ongoing service agreement with Ecola as well as engaged them from the beginning. Total peace of mind for us knowing we are protected by an excellent and reputable pest control company! Thank you Ecola and John!
