I also have peripheral neuropathy in my feet; so I asked him for more help. The impact of his work was startling; his ‘digging pressure’ on a spot in the sole of my foot really invigorated my damaged nerves. I felt the benefit for say 18 hours.

I live six thousand miles east of Brook. When I got home, I tried to mimic his process. It worked. I now perform it every 12 hours and there is a cumulative effect. My feet have not felt so ‘alive’ for more than four years. It makes a very big difference to my life.
