Sasha is the absolute best! I've been seeing her for prenatal Rolfing sessions at the Kearny location during covid times, and always feel safe going in for my appointments with the air purifiers running, temperature checks, space between appointments, frequent hand sanitizing, etc. As a petite woman with a constantly changing body due to pregnancy, I probably would have been in much more discomfort without having Sasha as part of my care team, as she's always attentive to my trouble areas/ body's needs even when I don't realize it, even ensuring I switched from rolfing to a prenatal massage when I was closer to delivering to alleviate some of the swelling. I can't say enough good about Sasha. I have some chronic back and back issues that cause headaches and sleeplessness and Rolfing sessions with her have helped tremendously. I leave pain free, but also walking taller and feeling stronger in my body.

Sasha was great. I went to see her because of an old broken leg/smashed ankle injury I had on a motorcycle accident around 18 months ago. Physical therapy, message and chiropractors were not able to get any more range of motion out of my ankle so I decided to give Rolfing a try. Sasha figured it out and I started getting more range of motion after my first visit. She is highly recommended!
