Brian, Lisa, and Fiona at Monte's Chapel of the Hills helped transporting our uncle's body from the CPMC - Van Ness Campus in San Francisco to Sai Gon, Vietnam.
It was less than 10 days from the day we met them at the chapel to the day my uncle's body arrived TSN airport in Sai Gon, Vietnam.
They responded to our calls no matter it was days or nights.
They made us feel like they was our cousins helping us with the arrangement.
They made this tough time a little easier to bear.

From the moment we first met with the staff at Monte's, we were put at ease as we were guided through a difficult time. Brian went through each step explaining what was necessary and what was optional. We felt very comfortable when we left our meeting and were completely happy with the services. Everything was done exactly as we wanted with Monte's team handling everything.
