Brian is extroverted and talkative, which can feel overwhelming at times, but he knows his business well and he is willing to go the extra mile. When my mother died, the church arranged for a funeral but neglected to pass that information on to Monte’s. Brian still managed to arrange their schedule around other services to accommodate us. When my daughter bought flowers which never showed up, he refunded her money and made a donation in that amount to my mother’s favorite charity. I would recommend Brian at Monte’s Chapel of the Hills.

Of all places you go for wants and needs, one where you don't likely plan on being a repeat customer is a mortuary. But as the saying goes life is funny sometimes... and sometimes it's not. Then's when things get complicated. Welcome to complicated when someone designates you as the responsible adult to decide within a few days what to do in their behalf when they're gone. At that moment you become part of what might be termed a "captive market" because only a mortuary can help you navigate through the process, taking care of issues those of us still above ground don't otherwise know much about. My father passed away, which was a very difficult time for my family. However, going through Monte's and especially working with Brian was the best experience under the circumstances we could have asked for. Brian was very attentive and concerned with every detail from A-Z. He had great concern that everything was perfect and as best it could be for every family member down to the grandchildren. Brian was on top of everything, while showing great concern and empathy. Honestly, I was very impressed and i can't say enough good things about working with Brian and his team. I am grateful for all he has done.
