Full disclosure, I did not do business with this company. HOWEVER, I witnessed a very minor accident today. I called the office to report on the incident and within a few minutes a supervisor came out to my property to fix the minor issue. The very cool thing is there was no diversion of blame. The supervisor apologized sincerely, multiple times and was extremely kind. The whole situation was (albeit a mistake) super positive and we all were able to move on with our lives. I was extremely grateful for the interaction I had today with this company.

I have been using Sac Val Plumbing for over 10 years. They are the best of the best. I am in the Property Management business and out of all my years in the business they are the best. They are professional, quick, get the job done the 1st time and very knowledgeable. I consider them like family and would not trade them for anyone else. Thanks guys! I've been using Sac Val for years both for my home and my customers' homes. Each and every time I get professional, quick, and courteous service, and today was no exception. Had the unfortunate experience of the sewer backing up at my own house, and called, within two hours the first guy arrived and then some helpers--Tim, Tim, and Ken. All worked on the two sewer lines I have until all was free and clear. Thanks guys.
