What can I say about my experience with Mr. Rooter other than I highly recommend them as a choice for your plumbing needs. The dispatcher was super friendly and responsive. Worked with my schedule and was very pleasant while doing it. My technician team was Jacky and Dave who were very friendly and professional. Jacky and Dave diagnosed my repair quickly and repaired my shower with excellence. They even educated me on how to do some things with my shower. These guys are top notch. Without a doubt I would recommend these professionals.

Mr Rooter was called on rainy night to fix a problem with the water heater, it was not delivering hot water to the house. A part had gone out and needed replacing. The service man was able to fix the problem in 90 minutes and was on his way. Wow, I was grateful.Recently I needed my tank water heater replaced. Mr Rooter was able to do the work in one day.
