Water Heater Installation/Repair in Orangevale

“Jeff and Tyler did a wonderful job installing a new hot water heater for us. They are both personable and their work continues to be very professional.
They repaired the plumbing under our kitchen sink previous workmen did a few years ago so when the hot water tank needed replaced they were the first people that came to mind.“

“I called 5 star 6/20. I spoke with Daniel I explained to him that we weren’t getting hot water. It was late afternoon. We made an appt for the next day which was Sun.Father’s Day to take a look at it. He said that was not a problem at all.
Daniel and his dad both came out and thoroughly inspected everything.
They were very polite and so helpful.
Daniel had reassured me that if we have to call the manufacturer, not to worry. It was under warranty and that he would make the call with me. Which I thought was so very nice of him.
(My husband was just home from the hospital and on oxygen. I think he could tell I was nervous.)
Nevertheless, I appreciated his kindness.
It turned out to be an easy fix, and we didn’t have to do that.
I loved that this was a Father and Son local business in my own community.
If anything were to happen in the future with our water heater, I would DEFINITELY call FIVE STAR
and you should too! I also thought the price I was quoted was reasonable and fair.“
