We needed to change from a countertop range to a new oven + range combo, but the pipes were arranged in such a way that the oven could not be installed properly. I called on a Sunday, not certain if they even handle gas pipes, and they offered some time slots on Monday. “Great experience having HOTCO install a tankless hot water system in our house. Everyone at HOTCO was professional and courteous. Pricing was good as well. The negative feedback is related to the drywall repair. I specifically mentioned, during the estimate process, that I wanted all holes repaired. Repairing the holes during the installation would have been best, but afterwards is better than nothing. Well, I got the nothing. Now I need to find a drywall contractor.“

“The customer service during our drain clearing appointment was excellent. The plumber was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained our situation and where the clog was located and took care of clearing the pipe. The price was reasonable too and they did not charge a separate travel fee to come to your house. Before he left, the plumber ran water to make sure the line was cleared. The company sends you their GPS so you do have an idea when they are near & even then Randy, our technician, also kept us updated. Randy is great. Instead of selling a full water heater replacement, he determined the issue, ordered the parts, and came back in days fixing our water heater. I'm glad our home warranty covered his service, we ended up only needing to pay $85. I appreciate he was transparent about the issues & solution. He was friendly and respectful.
