“We made an appointment with Maverick Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air to evaluate and inspect our heating system. We had a problem with a lack of hot air blowing from the vents. I was very happy, that when I called they answered the phone and set up an appointment immediately. This response is excellent, because our home is in Truckee and it is not always that easy getting service. We received a text that Jonathan was on the way the day of the appointment. When Jonathan arrived he was vey professional. He did a thorough inspection and evaluation. He explained everything he checked followed by a detailed email with specifics and pictures. Jonathan found that the inducer motor was not running to its optimum efficiency and may need to be addressed. We were given an estimate for replacement. Our experience with Mavericks was excellent, we will definitely be using them for our future needs.“

“Although I was not a good candidate for solar, I still want to leave a review. Prime home solutions reached out to me after I entered my information on EnergySage and promptly made an appointment the following day at my request. I was teamed up with Mike who came to my house on time and gave me multiple scenarios to see if I would be a candidate for a solar and battery addition to our home. Instead of a 10 minute visit to say why I was not a good candidate due to many trees surrounding our house, he entertained my ideas of what if I cut down all the trees, which my wife WILL NOT AGREE WITH, Mike still provided detailed assumptions, and the UGLY CONs. Mike was honest, very knowledgeable and reiterated that adding more panels, more battery packs was not fiscally sound. As much as I was wanting to install solar, he said that the increased cost of doing so would not be beneficial and warned of other installers that may do it, knowing that there is no benefit for me in the long run.
