“First of all, can’t say enough about Happy Camper from first contact with Jocelyn, to finished install, Michael, Eladio, Benjamin, and Roberto were top rate. Happy is in their name but also you can tell they really enjoy their profession. Michael came out to diagnose our situation and provided us with several options and even drew a diagram of the system so we could better understand the situation.

They went above and beyond in every aspect. Eladio expertly facilitated the installation, providing explanations at each stage in the process, and along with Serge completed final testing and explained how the system works. The previous install had some structural issues which Roberto expertly addressed, although it added time and sweat to his job.

The attention to detail by Happy Camper is top notch, and refreshing to experience, albeit rarely seen in this day and age. Benjamin was very patient as he walked a tech deficient veteran through the programming of the new thermostat. Lastly Juan, the owner came out twice to see if we had any questions and to check the installation, this is almost unheard these days. We will be using Happy Camper for all of our future HVAC and plumbing needs! Highly recommend! (in the photos everything silver is new and was not properly installed previously)“

Francisco came out and actually walked the whole space with me, looked at the existing setup, and asked questions about how we use the building day to day. He didn't just try to sell me the biggest unit he could. Came back with a proposal that broke down the cost of repair versus replacement and showed me the math on what we'd save on the electric bill long term. We went with the replacement. His crew worked around our hours so we didn't have to shut down operations, which was honestly the biggest thing for us. Got it all done over a long weekend. Place stays cold now even when the loading dock is open. Easy to work with from start to finish.“
