Louis really comes through when it counts. He may not be there EXACTLY when he says, but if he says he'll be there that day, he means it. My heating went out due to a circuit board problem last Winter, and he did his best to get the job done soon. There was a delay getting the board, but once he had it in hand, he showed up on the day he promised even though his prior service calls involved unexpected problems and extra time. I was really impressed with his willingness to follow through when most would have put it off till the next day.
Louis of Evans Heating and air was busy when I called him but he said he would do his best to come out. He did and he tried the obvious and easiest fixes which just didn't work. Turned out a fans motor had burned out. He explained, ordered the part and installed the next day. Clean, mater of fact and very respectful. Call this company for your heating and air concerns. Glad I did!
Louis rushed to our aid with ann emergency furnace repair for our aging mother’s house. He persisted and did not give up despite the amount of time and effort it took him to finally fix it (for the time being) and we are truly grateful for his commitment to helping us out in our time of need.
