We run a small warehouse and our rooftop unit had been limping along for about a year. Started looking around for a real solution before summer hit because last year was brutal for the staff. Francisco came out and actually walked the whole space with me, looked at the existing setup, and asked questions about how we use the building day to day. He didn't just try to sell me the biggest unit he could. Our AC went out on probably the worst possible day, like 98 degrees and humid. Called these guys after another company quoted me a 3 day wait. They had someone at the house in about two hours. Tech was friendly, figured out the issue was a bad capacitor, and had it replaced and running within maybe 40 minutes total. He also took the time to check the rest of the system since he was already there and pointed out that my filter was way overdue. Charged me what I'd consider really fair given it was an emergency call on a Saturday. Cold air is back and we made it through the weekend. Saved their info for next time.
Super impressed with our experience working with Prime Air. Needed to replace our 40+ year old furnace. From the first call everything was easy and clearly explained. Responsive, great follow up, great pricing, timely booking, installers on time and prepared, clean install, no mess left....not exaggerating, what can I say. I see why they have a 5 star rating.
