“We had our 1st A/C annual service with Trey. He was very nice & courteous. He explained everything and showed me pics. I would have given 5 stars but I wasn't told I would need to supply my own a/c filter for that days service. I even asked when I scheduled an appointment if I needed to do anything the girl said no just have your gate open the day of service. I would've had to pay way more money if I had them change out the filter on their end. So I have to try and find a compatible a/c filter and beg my hubby to go in the attic to change it. But we love our new A/C from NexGen I wish I could've given you 5 stars“

“I found HASCO through the NCI members website. Before contacting them, I had already called several companies closer to my area, but none of them were able to perform the service we needed. We scheduled a carbon monoxide test and combustion analysis for our home tankless water heater. Roy and Chris came out and were even more professional than I expected. They were very knowledgeable, patiently answered all of my questions, and carefully explained and confirmed each step while working on our system. They were also very friendly, easy to communicate with, and really listened to our needs. They helped correct the programming / gas pressure of our water heater, which might had not been set properly for the past few years until they fixed it. They carefully documented the testing data and also provided helpful suggestions to improve the safety of our home appliances. “Our house is located in the Corona Hills area, and after several slab leaks popping up over the years throughout the house, we made the decision to have the house fully re-piped and got in contact with Allen for the job. He texts back quickly, which made the scheduling fast and straightforward. For a two floor three bathroom house, the re-piping was done with about 10 people give or take, and took only about four hours. The next day a patching team came in to fix the holes that were made to put in the new pipes, and that took about 5 or 6 hours give or take. All in all the whole process was over and done with much quicker than I ever could have imagined. Allen's price was the lowest out of the 4 places we asked for rates, but the job quality was still high. He even cleaned up the water heater setup we had shoddily done a few years back by adding extra belts to the tank and redoing the piping. And throughout the whole process, Allen was very good about keeping us informed and explaining the how and whys; for some parts that needed further work, such as one of the bathroom sinks, his team installed valves that kept the water off until we could find time to replace the sink, after which we can easily turn on the valves ourselves.

I would say Wrench Re-Pipe made an undertaking as daunting as a house re-piping a very positive experience overall, and I would recommend them for whenever you would need this service.“

“We had a super bad clog in our kitchen sink. A friend told me to call Tonkin Plumbing. They came right out, but couldn't get the clog on the first try. They came back with the pressure snake and now our drain, drains faster that it ever has.
