Angie made scheduling an absolute breeze, and was extremely pleasant when I called to reschedule and made the whole scheduling process simple.Daniel was right on time and a true professional. He was kind to my puppies, and also made sure to put everything back the way it was before he began working on my sink garbage disposal. Daniel also made sure to answer all my questions in detail. I also appreciated him not upselling me on anything.as this was my second time using their services, I would 100% recommend Jim & Sons to everyone.

Had to replace the main water line to our house. Stephen and his team were professional, honest and did exactly what was promised. They were able to quickly and accuratly detect the location of the leak and offered guidance on the best way to replace the entire line while maintaining the integrity of our walkway and surrounding cement drive. Very happy with the quick and professional service we received. Would definitely use Jim & Sons Plumbing again. Highly recommend.
