Our air conditioning completely stopped working last weekend, and it was 105 outside. It got up to over 90 inside. The company my husband had experience with in the past had not returned his call. After doing a bit of research, I found NIR. They had good reviews and worked weekends without exorbitant "peak pricing."I called and Nick said they could be here within a couple hours, and they were. The AC didn't get fixed that day. Unfortunately, we have an old unit (it's an old house) and they had to order a part from a wholesaler, but could only find one that had it, and even they took an extra day beyond what Nick was told. Was looking for a quick response to my AC Unit going bad. I had previously used them.. Sergio showed up and troubleshooted and quickly diagnosed the issue. Very fast, knowledgeable Service.
