Called for an emergency fix for stuck water valve lever. They gave me a quote right away, and sent out a plumber the next morning to fix the valve. Service was fast and efficient. Highly recommend!
We had to deal with a serious hot water leak through the foundation and flooding garage. NIR came right away, took care the estimate for insurance, and rerouted the line in one day. Juan G and his crew were very friendly and professional, they were careful with the furniture and walls they had to deal with. We are very happy with NIR.
Our air conditioning completely stopped working last weekend, and it was 105 outside. It got up to over 90 inside. The company my husband had experience with in the past had not returned his call. After doing a bit of research, I found NIR. They had good reviews and worked weekends without exorbitant "peak pricing."I called and Nick said they could be here within a couple hours, and they were. The AC didn't get fixed that day. Unfortunately, we have an old unit (it's an old house) and they had to order a part from a wholesaler, but could only find one that had it, and even they took an extra day beyond what Nick was told.
