“Some issues were discovered while doing preventative maintenance on the AC system. (Henley installed the unit two years ago.) The repairs were able to be scheduled within a few days.
Before that we had PM on a water heater which included flushing. This later resulted in clogging of hot water line. Again we received clear explanation, prompt return service.
We also receive recommendations to improve efficiency or how to bring an old placement of unit up to code. Never pressured to do recommendations.
Appreciate that service is documented with photos since I can't be on site.
Texts are received about appointments, arrival time, and a photo of technician is included.
Technicians also call us with clear explanations and are friendly and knowledgeable.
If I call or email the office, I get a friendly , prompt response.
I can't compare costs but I appreciate the good service from Henley's.”
