“July 13, 2026: we discovered a leak in the water valve assembly to our refrigerator ice maker and we had a leaking outside spigot that we tried to fix (bad idea) and caused the spigot to blow off the pipe, forcing us to turn off the main water supply. So we called Steve’s. Sean arrived only about an hour after we called, assessed the situation, obtained the parts, and completed the jobs quickly. We are so grateful for Sean’s professional work and friendly service.
June 24, 2026: we had four different plumbing services performed: new one-handle bath/shower hardware including drain, shower head and spigot, installation if new main water service build up valves (outside), repairs to leaking pipes from second story bath/shower, and shut off valve and supply to all three toilets. A great team of Andrew, Will and Kaleb completed all of this extensive work in one day. All three gentlemen were friendly, neat and professional with their work. The jobs were done right and they cleaned up the work areas very nicely. The annual Steve’s membership saved us quite a lot, as the services were discounted.
February 2026: Work done: remove old water heater and install a new tankless water heater, along with all the water lines and electrical connections. Sean worked hard to get all this done in a day and the system works great! The tankless system is the better choice than the old type water heater, which had burst at a seam and sprayed hot water into our house and garage. Thanks to Sean’s great work, we can rest assured that we have a reliable hot water supply without worrying about another flooding incident.
Fall 2025: Matt was prompt, friendly and efficient. He explained the process of checking the A/C system, indicating that the key components were working at optimum levels. Very happy with Matt’s service. This was first visit for an annual maintenance contract.“
