Guillermo was great. We have old pipes that constantly back up. He came out, gave us a couple of suggestions and we went with having our drains/pipes jetted. He did a great job. We couldn’t be happier
Dominic came by my home to check out my shower and tub. Along with some items I purchased to change out my old sets with new ones. He was VERY informative on everything I needed to know & even on things I didn’t even know I needed information on. Great character, good ethics & energy. He made sure to get pictures & made sure to understand my expectations & needs. This company overall has been communicating with me each step of the way. I even appreciate the calls before coming by. Over 10 years ago I had a tankless waterheater installed that needed to be serviced. I found the original business card and thankfully Noel’s cell was on there and he was able to come out next day to help w my issue. My service tech was Eric which he worked w the manufacturer to honor an old warranty I didn’t think I still had. Waterheater was updated and he also helped to replace a garbage disposal! Two for 1 visit! I received calls from their office during the entire process and they walked me through all questions I had. I highly recommend Lincoln and appreciate all Noel and Eric did for our home!
