Dominic came by my home to check out my shower and tub. Along with some items I purchased to change out my old sets with new ones. He was VERY informative on everything I needed to know & even on things I didn’t even know I needed information on. Great character, good ethics & energy. He made sure to get pictures & made sure to understand my expectations & needs. This company overall has been communicating with me each step of the way. I even appreciate the calls before coming by. Over 10 years ago I had a tankless waterheater installed that needed to be serviced. I found the original business card and thankfully Noel’s cell was on there and he was able to come out next day to help w my issue. My service tech was Eric which he worked w the manufacturer to honor an old warranty I didn’t think I still had. Waterheater was updated and he also helped to replace a garbage disposal! Two for 1 visit! I received calls from their office during the entire process and they walked me through all questions I had. I highly recommend Lincoln and appreciate all Noel and Eric did for our home!
Had problems with my toilet leaking water from underneath and Adan came and help me out with my problem before it got worse. Within 30 minutes he solve my problem. Very professional and quick I recommend them and will definitely call them for any plumbing problems in the future
