We called Ron at 6:30 am on a Monday morning after this happened to us. Not only did he answer that early but he was available to come out the same day. He gave us updates as to when he would arrive and a fair and reasonable quote. It took him 2 hours to get the keys and there were no surprise costs. We highly recommend Ron and will be calling him for all our plumbing needs.“

“Within 45 mins of taking my request for service, Miguel and an associate arrived at the house, that was AWESOME!They diagnosed the problem as being, a clog within the toilet bowl and not what I had originally thought it would be (a clog in the line under the house! This saved me some money to fix because to have to "snake" the outside lines takes a little more time but they were able to fix the problem with an auger directly through the toilet. I really appreciated this companies honesty, as I have been hijacked by services in the past. Miguel and his associate were very professional and pleasant and, as always is a happy surprise, they were careful not to create alot for me to clean up and I REALLY appreciate that, I cant tell you enough!! “My 17 year old water heater broke on a Friday afternoon and they were able to send somebody on 8 AM Saturday to diagnosis and completely replace before noon. Price seemed fair and was able to use a coupon on website. Bought a 40 gallon Bradford White - $2050 with coupon. They took out the old tank. Rigo was very professional and 5 star. I recommend and will use them again.“

“Our church, Holy Spirit Episcopal Church in Concord had an ancient water pipe rupture outside. It was not covered by insurance and we knew it was a big complex job to repair or replace it. After having a couple of companies come out to assess, we chose Advanced Trenchless to do the job. Their estimate was reasonable, their advice to replace versus repair was sound and will save us money and effort in the long run. The assessment was very thorough and professional including quotes if there was an unexpected issue with one of the more complex interior pipe work needed. Errol supervised and even rolled up his sleeves to help his crew when needed. He always responded in a timely manner, made sure his crew were on task and had the supplies they needed. Communication was excellent! Kyle and Poe were very hard workers digging, and skilled pipe fitters. They went the extra mile to ensure a quality result. Very respectful, polite crew and cleaned up everything upon finishing. They observed and told us of other future potential pipe issues to watch out for and were willing to work with our Boiler company to make sure all was hooked up correctly for the unit. High attention to details and stayed until the job was done completely to permit standards. Stayed on budget thankfully! “I recently found an active leak coming from the water supply in my crawl space. I called several plumbers but most were not responsive or could not come by quick enough to inspect the issue. I came across Platinum Plumbing and spoke to Jorge. He came out to look at the issue within 20 minutes. Right away, you can tell he seemed like an honest person. After getting into the crawl space and examining the problem, he showed me photos of the problem which was an old copper pipe with a small hole in it. He gave me a reasonable quote to fix the problem and I gave him a green light. He spent most of the afternoon fixing the problem and then showed me the photos of the work he did. I would highly recommend Jorge to anybody dealing with plumbing issues. He is honest, reliable and professional.“

“We have a tankless water heater that was throwing some error codes. We contacted a plumbing company to come out and service it. They spent the time servicing the unit and recommended we get a larger gas line for the unit. After they left, the heater was still throwing errors so we upgraded the gas line (went with another plumber because their estimate was less). The second company agreed to replace the line from the gas meter to the unit itself. Well, the unit was STILL throwing errors so we decided to call Will at Water Works. I texted him and he responded right away. He said he could come out the same day. When he got to my home, I explained the poor guy would basically be cleaning up someone else's mess. He started from scratch, looking over the unit in detail and explained what he was doing and why. He pointed out the plumber that replaced the gas line never actually replaced the section going into the unit. So he saved us there! He asked me if I wanted to call the other company to have them come fix it but I told him I just wanted it done and frankly didn't trust the other guys. He had the part needed and replaced it. He then went through and troubleshooted the unit, and fixed it! NO MORE ERROR messages! His price was fair, he was honest and very professional. He's our new plumber and I will recommend him to anyone needing plumbing service. Thank you Will!!“
