“I gladly recommend Andrew's team for a remodel. Polite, prompt, professional, clean, honest, and hard working is how I would describe the crew that worked in our home. We had a furnace closet converted into a regular closet. This involved demo, new dry wall (+mudding, sanding, texture, painting), a new light and flooring. The closet looks as though it has always been here (with the bonus of being pristine and ready to go!). We are very happy, and I'm so glad to have the space.As a bonus, when our cat somehow made it into the old grates, they happily helped retrieve him. They cleaned up after themselves, and left no mess. There also seemed to be an issue with our furnace going out as a result of turning off the power multiple times, and they kindly/quickly resolved it.“

“I was very pleased with my experience with Caliber. I had a stair runner installed by them. First they were super easy to communicate with. I love that I was able to contact them via yelp and they scheduled a time to come out to my house, all via yelp. Additionally, I changed the point person for them on the project part way through dealing with them and the handled it seamlessly. The owner of the company called at each step to let me know what is crew would be doing and always double checked with him each step of the process to make sure it was being done how I wanted it. Second, I liked that they asked for photos of stair runners I liked, so they could bring sample boards to my house that matched my style. After they came to my house and showed me their sample boards they ordered me full size samples in the patterns and colors I liked to have shipped to my house so I could make a final selection. They didn't even charge me for the samples or shipping! Third, they kept me updated on the timeline of my project throughout. Letting me know at the start how long it would take the get my carpet in, etc. Finally, I think they did a great job. The workers were respectful of my house and cleaned up after themselves well.“

“Experienced professionals, respectful of us and our home, excellent communications.We worked with Anibal and Carolina of PDC. We had the entire master bath redone. Design started in 2020 but was covid delayed 3 years. PDC was ready for us upon return. So only small updates were needed on the design. We selected tiles, cabinets etc. with their guidance. Beautiful high quality items. They assigned JR Poland for the construction. When renovation started Anibal and Scott of (JR Poland) explained everything about the daily schedules and work. “If you have been looking for a contractor to complete renovations but they've either been a) unresponsive, or b) proven to be untrust worthy whether its because they are up charging or flat our lying to you, I have great news for you. Your search for a great contractor is over. If this is your first stop during your search, consider yourself lucky. If you don't believe me, continue your search and I am 100% certain you'll end up right back here. From my experience, I've found that dishonest contractors will start to become unresponsive when you ask specific questions regarding why you are being charged what you are being charged. Its mostly because they will benefit when the customer is in the dark. However, honest contractors have absolutely no issue being transparent with you and that is exactly the type of contractor Jean is. My experience with Jean and his team was absolutely amazing throughout my entire project from start to finish. My project: I had existing tile countertops that I wanted to replace with quartz. I wanted a bookmatched waterfall with full kitchen backsplash, and I wanted my ponywall to be cut down to counter height grade and extend my counter to have an overhand to allow for seating. However, I had 2 electrical outlets on my ponywall that I needed to have rerouted. With the remaining quartz material I wanted to replace the coutners tops in both my guest bathroom and main bathroom (I'll include before and after pictures so you can see for yourself). I'd also like to give shout out to the guy I ran into at MSI for putting me in contact with him Jean. My goodness!! Jean and his team were absolutely phenomenal. If I ever plan on doing future renovations whether it be with my existing property or a future one, he's my guy. I'm only sharing my experience because of how difficult it was to find someone like Jean. But don't just take my word for it, take a look at the before and after pictures that I took.
