My house was originally bought with carpet in the dining room, living room and hallway that needed replacement. We knew that under the carpet we had cracks and would need to be repaired as well as tile installation. “I replaced my floors with them twice (first, my upstairs area and then my downstairs area to beautify them and make them match. First of all, I did an extensive research (Lowe's, Home Depot, etc) and Tustin Carpet came back much better money wise, comparing apples to apples in quality. But the most important part was the customer service: sales and installation (installation crew 10/10, if not more) made the difference: transparent, reliable and friendly.
