I wanted to let you know how grateful we are for this beautiful carpet! Gorgeous quality and such full padding -- feels like we're walking on air. I also wanted you to know (I'm sure you do) that you have an invaluable contractor in Fernando. His work is impeccable. He's doing 3-D math with the cutting and fitting of the corners. He's a real craftsman, an artisan. Work ethic is everything to me and that man has high standards and works with integrity. I am so impressed with Fernando and NY Carpets. Thank you for everything!!
Everything went perfectly. Even helped me find a small part lost part in the old carpet.
Great service as usual, thank you.
