“I was very pleased with my experience with Caliber. I had a stair runner installed by them. First they were super easy to communicate with. I love that I was able to contact them via yelp and they scheduled a time to come out to my house, all via yelp. Additionally, I changed the point person for them on the project part way through dealing with them and the handled it seamlessly. The owner of the company called at each step to let me know what is crew would be doing and always double checked with him each step of the process to make sure it was being done how I wanted it. Second, I liked that they asked for photos of stair runners I liked, so they could bring sample boards to my house that matched my style. After they came to my house and showed me their sample boards they ordered me full size samples in the patterns and colors I liked to have shipped to my house so I could make a final selection. They didn't even charge me for the samples or shipping! Third, they kept me updated on the timeline of my project throughout. Letting me know at the start how long it would take the get my carpet in, etc. Finally, I think they did a great job. The workers were respectful of my house and cleaned up after themselves well.“

“I went to several different flooring stores, but Jack quickly set himself apart from all the rest. All the other flooring stores just wanted a quick and easy sell. Jack took time to understand my wants and needs. He then educated me on the best choice for my house. He was the only one who did that. His pricing for both product and installation was fair. When we were ready to choose our product and purchase, we brought pictures we saw online of colors we liked. He pulled samples that matched to take home and try out. We ended up using our own installer as we already had someone doing other work in our home. Our contractor was very impressed with the quality and pricing, and he sees a lot of flooring!
