“Our contractor Roman Restoration purchased Garrison Exotics Collection - Acacia Natural flooring from these folks for our flooring project -- we had our entire first floor and stairwell/landings replaced. We really like the texture, colors and finish of this flooring -- especially the minor distressing and natural color variation. RR provided us with samples of this and other flooring from OMP and we were pleased with our choice from OMP. Below for reference is my review for RR showing the Garrison flooring purchased from OMP. YELP REVIEW FOR ROMAN RESTORATION: We selected Roman Restoration for our project -- replacing our existing downstairs floor and converting the stairwell and landings from carpet to wood using Garrison Exotics - Acacia Natural. RR did OUTSTANDING work and completed our project within budget and earlier than projected. Jorge was extremely responsive and provided knowledgeable guidance throughout. Fredy (our project manager) was on-site regularly and always available to us with lightning speed for whatever we needed - questions, professional opinion, guidance, etc. RR handled everything -- moved out our furniture, prepped our household for protection, completed the flooring and stairwell work, moved everything back and even included post-construction cleaning! “Kevin is fantastic. He showed up on time and did not try to "up sell" me. In fact, he was so honest that he recommended a less expensive way that he said MIGHT work. It did! Incredible price. I have already recommended him to my nextdoor neighbor, and she plans to call him. In a year or two, I might be ready for the big job of sanding my oak floor. He gave me a reasonable estimate. He took the time to explain to me probably what caused my problem--housekeepers who apply wax products to the floor. I highly recommend Kevin.“

Super competitive pricing and great quality. The turf on the other hand have a good selection and you think I just want the one that feels like grass. My only complaint is you can't pick up on Saturday. But minor issue when you're saving over 30 cents a square foot.“

“From beginning to finish, we had a great experience with FDC. We were referred to FDC by our General Contractor. We were introduced to Edmon by appointment and took great care of us through the patient process of picking out samples and tips on moving them to different rooms throughout the home to get the proper and different lighting. We took our time determining which Engineered Hardwood flooring would work for us and Edmon was always available to answer questions. We made our choice and installation was scheduled within two weeks. We got a call before the installation that they wanted to demo a couple of days early. The installers were very professional in that we had a lot of furniture and lose items still around the house and we were able to move items freely from one portion of the house to the other and our garage was also filled. Edmon showed up at our place because we were not sure of which direction to have the run of the planks to go. We came up with the solution which made us both happy. A last minute issue came up with the transitions to the bathroom tile which Edmon came up with a transition strip that matched out wood floor perfectly and looks great. The installers also installed new baseboards of our choosing and add extra character to the room.Once installation was fully completed. We had a final visit from Edmon to our home which he inspected and answered our questions about cleaning and maintenance. We are so glad we went with FDC, especially in this post-pandemic times, in that the price and service were excellent.“
