They’re definitely the best, do a really good job with cleanup and the floors are practically bulletproof. My clients love their color ways and unique flake options. Their prep process is also top-notch and that makes a big difference in my experience (Diamond grinding is the only way to go, the folks that use acids are a joke in comparison ) I’ve had so many bad floors done in the past, which is why I use them exclusively (for about five years now, several projects). This is probably the longest review I’ve ever done, but when you find a great company it only right to share. Plus Drew is a cool and honest guy. Everyone I sent his way always thanks me profusely, which is a great feeling!“

First of all, I did an extensive research (Lowe's, Home Depot, etc) and Tustin Carpet came back much better money wise, comparing apples to apples in quality. But the most important part was the customer service: sales and installation (installation crew 10/10, if not more) made the difference: transparent, reliable and friendly.

“I recently hired Flooring Discount Centers in Santa Ana to install wood floors in my home, and they did a fantastic job.

Before coming here, we had already visited several other flooring stores and received multiple quotes. None of them worked out—either the prices weren’t competitive, or they could only handle parts of the project. We were incredibly grateful that this shop was open on a Saturday afternoon when we were looking.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Eddy. Right away, we could tell he was highly knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to earn our business. By the end of our visit, not only had we selected the perfect wood for our floors, but Eddy even offered to come out and do the measurements within an hour of closing up the shop that same afternoon.

Eddy gave us a very competitive offer, and we signed the agreement that same day. He made the entire process so much easier than the horror stories we had heard about other service providers. It was a massive plus that he has his own dedicated installation team, and Eddy himself was on-site several times during the project to check on the progress. The installation team worked incredibly efficiently and finished the job exactly on time.

Super competitive pricing and great quality. The turf on the other hand have a good selection and you think I just want the one that feels like grass. My only complaint is you can't pick up on Saturday. But minor issue when you're saving over 30 cents a square foot.“
