The hardest part of hiring contractors is finding the ones who do what they say, when they say it. Miguel and Keith from Only Wood Floors are the real deal. Polite, professional, on time and great craftsmanship. They came in, did exactly what they said they would do and in 3 days my 1948 oak floors looked like new again. Fair pricing and great work, you can't go wrong.

My family has had two great experiences with “Only Wood Floors”. First was 7 years ago when they refinished all of the floors in my son’s new home in Riverside. The 1950’s home had all hardwood except kitchen and bathrooms. But the floors were stained a dark shade likely to cover pet stains. After refinishing and some wood replacement the floors looked like new. Light and clean with a satin finish. Totally matched the mid-century modern style. Brian and Miguel came to survey and present bid. Miguel took charge of job and oversaw workers. Our floors were sanded and carpets torn out of two bedrooms and replaced with wood. Then all floor surfaces were stained. They were able to match the stain on the new wood so it matches very closely to the old wood. Miguel kept in touch with us during the entire project and his team finished one day early. We walked through with him and were very pleased with the work. We would recommend Only Wood Floors to anyone looking to resand, replace, or install wood flooring.
