We had a great experience with this carpet company. The installation team did an excellent job, and the finished carpet looks fantastic. Chuck was especially wonderful and helpful throughout the entire process—he was always prompt in answering our questions, responsive to our needs, and made sure everything went smoothly. His professionalism and customer service were greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality carpet installation and dependable service.
I had a great experience with CFI OC! I called for a quote and Chuck came out the very next day and even provided a same-day estimate, which I really appreciated.
They completed the flooring in our break room in just one day with a 4-man crew. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and very clean. The team was professional, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing.
Highly recommend CFI OC if you’re looking for quality work and great service!
I would just like to say that CFI did wonders for us. We had a nightmare with our previous installers, our last one put snap on flooring on top of carpet which was in top of vct it was just insane. But chuck and his team were wonderful came in demolished it im a day and put in the flooring as well. They said they would get it done in 2 days and they did just that even with the surprise 3rd flooring underneath.
Thank you again chuck and cat wait to have you come back and do more for me!
