I went to several different flooring stores, but Jack quickly set himself apart from all the rest. All the other flooring stores just wanted a quick and easy sell. Jack took time to understand my wants and needs. He then educated me on the best choice for my house. He was the only one who did that. His pricing for both product and installation was fair. When we were ready to choose our product and purchase, we brought pictures we saw online of colors we liked. He pulled samples that matched to take home and try out. Installers did an excellent job installing our vinyl flooring. They removed our old tile and glued down wood flooring. Leveled our existing concrete floor and installed vinyl flooring and baseboards throughout whole house. Highly recommended.

My family is currently renovating their home and went to OC Hardwood and Laminate to consult about floor molding options. My parents' first language isn't English and was unsure of what they were looking for, but Jack was extremely patient and helpful.
