“I had to have a core needle biopsy. Thank goodness I was directed to the imaging center at John Muir in Walnut Creek I was impressed with the concern and care I received from the time I arrived at the center. Of course I am 80 and everyone looks young to me, but these technicians and doctors are fully prepared to handle the scary part of having a breast biopsy for cancer. Joann was my technician and in my estimation, they do not come any better Not only is she extremely competent and professional, but her sincere care and awareness of my emotions, was refreshing. She continually reassured me everything will be fine and that Dr. Chen was really really good in doing the biopsy. I didn't have any discomfort and things moved along very quickly. So glad other women will have the opportunity to have such a wonderful experience in such an emotional and scary situation . Thank you team, I'm grateful for your care.“

“If you ever need to get lab work done for your little one, Connie is the best! My child has gotten blood work done many times and usually she cries. This time she was so quiet and just sitting there patiently. Connie even sang her favorite baby shark song. If Connie is reading this , you are the best!!!“

“I had my procedure performed yesterday by Dr. Wadwa and from the check in to the nurses and the Doctor performing the procedure were absolutely phenomenal. I can't remember the nurses names but I can assure you, going to that facility, you will be in amazing hands. They are all sweet, kind and very caring and I can't thank them enough for their services. You won't be disappointed“

“I'm a Southern California resident that was visiting Northern California for work. I forgot to pack my thyroid medication and was in a bad situation since I'm not supposed to miss any days on this medication. I called into the pharmacy and spoke to Susanna. She was going to refill my medication, but I had zero refills left. She had to send a request to my PCP in Southern California to get approval for the refill. I came by later in the day and found out that my PCP had not responded to the request. The pharm tech I spoke to told me that he could do an emergency refill for me. I got my medication and was a happy camper. Overall, great experience and very friendly/helpful staff.“

“Made an appointment online. My daughter and I checked in the EzCheck was seen by NP Tai who was wonderful w/ my 10year old. Asked her questions and spoke to her about her symptoms and her general condition. NP Tia was thorough, professional, and sweet to my daughter. She explained everything and symptoms to note if she felt she wasn't feeling better. Gave a her sense of ease and relief. Antioch is a bit of a drive but was well worth for the service we received. We also got a follow up call to let us know her tests were good. I'd come back for sure! MAs front and back of the office were nice and accommodating as well. The visit took less then 45mins including wait time. Kudos Sutter Urgent Care!“

“This 5-star review is for Delta Fair Pediatrics. Initially, we had an appointment for my son's immunizations later in the afternoon, however, we came too early. Asked the receptionist if she will be able to let accommodate us, as we have miscalculated our travel and plans for the day. The receptionist, (I should have asked for her name), was able to call the nurse and was able to help us out. So we were seen, right after that. The nurse who gave the shots to my son had such a pleasing personality that my son was able to feel at ease, and he barely felt them. Mind you, he received 3 shots. She was able to give us an option, if we would like it administered in the arms or the legs, depending on his activities. We were out in no time, she let us know what to expect and what we can give in case, my son develops a fever or became too sore. I recommend Delta Fair pediatrics!“

“Longtime member of One Medical. I was pleased to see their office locations expand deeper into the East Bay a few years ago.I've found the medical care to be excellent and convenience of having in-house labs to be a huge time saver. Online, app and in-person experiences have all been good, but not perfect (especially during the pandemic). But overall I'm getting better medical care and support than I've ever had from more traditional providers.“

“Dr. Von Stieff was my PCP for travel vaccines. His office’s new team, front desk, Nurse Ryan, and NP Alison Sloan are extraordinary, and uber patient-centric. Never have I felt so welcomed and I appreciated, NP Alison’s ability to stay present, shine with empathy, and diligently document my care—> first time I have seen a medical professional master the bureaucracy of the computer and still deliver perfect and genuine care. Highly recommend. Very kind and cohesive team dynamic and appointments were readily available with scripts promptly sent to local pharmacy. Bravo Von Stieff Medical Group!“
