Longtime member of One Medical. I was pleased to see their office locations expand deeper into the East Bay a few years ago.I've found the medical care to be excellent and convenience of having in-house labs to be a huge time saver. Online, app and in-person experiences have all been good, but not perfect (especially during the pandemic). But overall I'm getting better medical care and support than I've ever had from more traditional providers.

The Front desk employees at One Medical in Walnut Creek, CA, are always helpful and friendly. I am happy with all the doctors and nurses who have treated me in the past and currently. I have all my blood work at One Medical. It's a breeze!

I’m relatively new to One Medical, but so far have had a great experience with this network as a whole and this particular location has been super understanding and accommodating. One Medical has provided exactly what I’ve been looking for in a healthcare provider!
