Cynthia (my audio technician) found and remedied the wire problem with my Widex hearing aid-then checked and cleaned up both pieces. Nice touch and one of the reasons I continue repeat business there.

My experience at SF Audiology in Walnut Creek was wonderful. I was caught in a traffic jam on my way over and they stayed open during lunch to accommodate me. They had the part that fixed my hearing device on hand, so the visit took only a few minutes. The problem that I did have was getting through to them. Having ONLY ONE phone line for 10 locations is crazy! There was no way to call Walnut Creek, or any other location, directly. I had to wait on hold a number of times to get through. This is nuts. I understand that they wish everyone to go online to solve problems but that is not always the efficient way to operate.
