When I first came to JivaHealth I had quite a lofty goal to meet..losing about 60-70 lbs! JivaHealth was so thorough in getting to the root of some of the issues surrounding my weight loss roadblocks. They don’t offer you a diet…they help you with a lifestyle change and a new approach to food! I was matched to a spectacular coach (Grace) who has been my rock through my journey. The staff is nice and do a great job.However.... if you're going here for allergy shots, beware that you can only get them during a 3 hour window on Thursday morning. If you miss your shot for any reason, you cannot go to their other office in Concord, because their shot record/chart is apparently on paper, unlike other medical records. I learned this the hard way, so I'm going to switch to another allergist that has more times during the week when I can get shots.
