I would highly recommend planned parenthood to anyone seeking low cost or free reproductive care!! Everyone is so nice here! I am trans nonbinary and began my HRT journey with them just a couple of months ago because I feel the most comfortable at this office rather than my PCP. I go to this location for in person but my telehealth appointments have been wonderful too. I have always felt listened to and respected which is rare to find in healthcare as a trans person. I also have anxiety and dread anything having to do with medical offices but I end up leaving my appointments relieved because of my good experience.

I had the best appointment yesterday. My MA who helped me was named Gloria and she was fantastic! My NP was Shanti and they made me feel so safe and comfortable and really went above and beyond for my implant removal. i was very nervous and scared going in and they really made the process easier. I have nothing but great things to say about this place.

I was helped by kassandra (so sorry if it's misspelled or incorrect ) & she did a wonderful job kept me smiling the whole time super attentive , I didn't feel a thing when she drew my blood , overall she made me feel very comfortable great energy & I got some tai food recommendations! Looking forward to trying it! thank you to her she's doing a great job!!
