I like the medical staff at this location and I would probably like the staff in general with Contra Costa Health Plan. What I find irritating is how difficult it is to communicate with the staff. It's the AI answering machine from hell.
Love my dentist and the assistants at this location.I have been there about 4 times.Very happy with the care. They are experienced and professional.Can't comment on medical care since I haven't scheduled with anyone else yet.
come here regularly for doctors appointments and to get lab tests done. always a pleasant experience (as pleasant as an experience could be at a health center) and staff has consistently been informative and treats every patient with a wonderful attitude!
