“This place is so amazing. My dad is currently a patient here and he looks HEALTHY and HAPPY. Almost like he is in a resort. He made friends fast. He definitely didn't look happy and healthy at Memorial Hospital in Modesto or the VA hospital in Mathers. Both these hospitals didn't do anything for him. They just sent him home and did not fix his issues. Here at the VA hospital in Martinez , they care about their patients. This includes the nursing staff down to the housekeepers. They have a pool table, dining area for the patients and visitors. Plus we watched the football game while having lunch with my dad. Everyone here is amazing. Puts a big smile on my face and heart to see my dad happy.“

“I like this VA a lot . Customer service is good and they get people in within 1 month. Appointments are easy and they take you back within 5-15 mins ( waiting time is good) . Clean and reliable signs in the buildings. The customer service support is caring .“

“Having lice is devastating. We believe we had it since January or Feb 2024... it's now September.. 4x we tried over the counter shampoos/mouses/gels and it helps but they came back over and over. We finally sought professional help and man we sure wish we did at the first sign of having it. Having this issue can feel humiliating and I'm so grateful we found this clinic. I am not sure if one has to be a Kaiser member to use this center or not, but after hearing horrid things about this place I decided to check it out for my self since my policy offered financial insentive if I use this facility. I wanted to see for myself before I went ahead and forgo the $$ and take a pass on the financial insentive.... The reviews I have heard were SO WRONG!! I have had nothing but exceptional service. The entire staff is very friendly and I truly get a feeling that they actually care about me! “These folks are great! They took care of my Dad when he was discharged from the hospital after his back surgery. They were always professional and courteous and always on time! I even referred my neighbor's uncle to them and the were also extremely pleased with their services. Special mentions to Naomi one of the nurses and Lana the physical therapist. I never got to meet her but Naheed is their administrator and she is so kind and made sure everything was coordinated perfectly. You can't go wrong with Comprehensive Home Health Care. They really are the best!“

“The John Muir Women's Health Center is very nice and easy to find. Parking options are plentiful: street if you're lucky or the public garage across the street. We attended a Newborn Care class (which was packed) as we needed to learn how to care for our son when he comes home. Reception was warm and we were greeted with a smile. We were directed to our class, as well as, made aware of the bathroom location and drinking fountain - customer service at its best! The center also has a store for essentials; however, I didn't have time to shop. The center offers tons of classes and support for women and moms. I will definitely be going back once my little one can come home.“
