“This shop is Amat. I have not had a haircut in about 20 years. My ends were split, hair uneven and clumps would come out when I combes it. The roots were healthy but the rest was a mess. O reached put to Madrid. He called me immediately after he saw my need. He was able to rearrange his schedule to fit me in. I am so blessed he did. I was well treated. He washed, deep conditioned and properly cut my hair. Wow is all I can say about the difference. My curls are popping. My hair does what I want it to. It looks and feels healthier that it has been for a long time. This shop is a pure 10 out of 10. If you need your hair done right... This, is the place for you. I will be coming back. I also want to let you know I drove 5 and a half hours for this service.“

“Today my mom and I came in to get her a full-head gray coverage and return her hair to a preferred state of warm brown. Rose sat down with us and listened to what she wanted, then got straight to taking care of business. The color job and cut was transformative for my mom, and Rose was even able to give me a quick refresh razor cut while my mom's color was processing. Her workflow was intuitive and her handling of her tools was so professional, she clearly knows what she's doing and works from a place of experience when caring for clients. I was lucky enough to find Christy back in 2019 when I was searching for a new hairdresser being new to the Bay Area, and she’s been my person since :). I am a short hair girly all the way, and Christy understands this so well, as a short hair girly herself! She advises on what works and may not work, taking into account your preferences. My hair always feels like me, but better, and she’s fast, careful, thorough, and so so so reasonable price-wise. Also when I had my hair styled for a wedding, the stylist and makeup artist complimented me on my bob! They said a good bob esp with Asian hair is hard and they said I have a good hairdresser, which I do hehe.“

-sending a welcome guide
-sending a form for you to pick out what kind of appointment you want before hand (quiet, yapping, you name it)
-walking you to her suite
-providing drinks & snacks for you
-offering complimentary services such as a hot towel for your head

And at the end of the day she’s a hairstylist that truly listens to you and what you want for your hair.

“I had an appt. Sarina and she took care of me. She knew I was tentative about getting highlights since I hadn’t done it before. She was really honest about much maintenance it would entail. I love the color! and it didn’t take nearly as long as I anticipated. As an added bonus I got to use the Evo scalp treatment which was some refreshing. It was only in for about 5 mins but my scalp feels amazing. It feels cleaner less built up. Like the product and so glad I was able to try it out.“
