“I wanted to find a hairdresser who was fully vaccinated, boosted and followed Covid protocols. I decided to try Refexion and was relieved to find Theresa. When I walked in, she immediately took my temperature and gave me some hand sanitizer. On the first visit, she took the time to talk to me about my color and style preferences. I decided to try her style choice and it worked out beautifully. I've gone three times and I've been totally happy with the results. Theresa is fun, friendly, easy to talk to, and very focused on her work. She's located in the Rheem Shopping Center in Moraga so parking is super easy.”
