Amended my review to note that any issue I had with an initial visit was completely and immediately addressed! It's so rare to find a business that is so proactive in client satisfaction these days, and responsive to feedback. I came in for an adjustment and it was much needed. If there's an off haircut - which is only human and happens - trust that Caroline's Salon will work with you to fix it, more than one can say of many other salons. Thanks to Susan and team!
I found Caroline's salon through a friend recommendation and I've had such a lovely experience. The salon itself is inviting, beautiful, and cozy and you're always greeted by the sweetest ladies at the front desk. The salon is super clean and organized. Since I wasn't familiar with any of the stylists I made my first appointment with Bryanna and I've been going to her ever since (today was my 4th or 5th appointment with her). She's amazing.
