Rose sat down with us and listened to what she wanted, then got straight to taking care of business. The color job and cut was transformative for my mom, and Rose was even able to give me a quick refresh razor cut while my mom's color was processing. The space itself is cozy and thoughtful—fresh tea, flavored water, little candies up front—and there’s even a sweet chihuahua mix (Nina) who’ll curl up in your lap if you’re open to it. It felt unhurried and genuinely caring.
