She also does a great long hair cut, never trimming too much. Great conversation, clean environment and good music choices. The decor of Charm School is super cute and unique, highly recommend!“

“I have been going to Edwin for the last 2 years and I always LOVE my results. He always knows the look I am going for and executes perfectly. I go to him every 6 months and the grow out still looks good! My before is also a 6 month grow out from my previous haircut from him. I find that it's very hard to find a stylist that can cut front bangs really well that still compliment's a person's face. He can take someone's hair inspo and adjust it accordingly to flatter someone's unique face/features (because let's face it, just because someone wants a haircut a certain way, doesn't mean it will look as good on them as the person in the photo). He's honest, funny, and I love our bi-annual catch up. I cannot recommend Edwin enough if you are looking for a new hairstylist in the Bay. A full service will cost you $100 + tip but he's worth every penny. :)“

“A charming​ shop in Emeryville, came highly recommended and worth every cent to drive an hour from my place for the hair cut. I had a hair cut, and my mom had a ​hair cut/color. I told Matin what I wanted and she helped me to find what I was looking for! My mother got her hair cut fixed and her color turned the perfect shade. Matin is a lovely lady and going to her shop feels like going over her place to sit down and have a lovely chat as a bonus! She took her time with us, and we felt great about our decision to go to her. Comparing to chain stores, she offers much more affordable pricing and much more individualized attention! I would drive to her again next time!“
