Booking with Janet was an incredible experience from start to finish. To begin with, I got sick the day before my appointment and she easily accommodated for that so I was able to reschedule and get in soon after. She goes above and beyond for her clients by the following:

-sending a form for you to pick out what kind of appointment you want before hand (quiet, yapping, you name it)
-walking you to her suite
-providing drinks & snacks for you
-offering complimentary services such as a hot towel for your head
