Kevin (and owner Luis) was great. Called yesterday with an indoor FC unit that wasn’t working. Kevin came out first thing in the morning and took the time to trouble shoot and got us back up and running. Ended up being a different issue than I thought. So glad to have it back up and running so quickly. Thank you!

The guy who came and fixed our AC unit outside was great super easy to get along with and talk to. He did a great job and a fast job at fixing it. After talking to Luis at Diamond HVAC services sounds like the only holdup was how long the owner of the house took to approve the fix of the AC unit. They also followed up the next day to make sure it was working.

Luis was so incredible to work with! My husband and I were in the process of doing all of our inspections to buy our first home and needed to make sure that our HVAC system and furnace were fully checked out and Luis was our top person to go to. He came over with very short notice and provided a very detailed inspection to let us know where work was needed. We felt very heard by Luis and did not feel that he was trying to have us invest into anything that was truly not needed. Luis made sure to answer all of our many questions so that we felt supported and cared for through the process.
