Acrat Plumbing was unable to complete replacement of my hydronic water heater, due their supplier not carrying this uncommon type of water heater. However, he put in quite a bit of time researching it for me, working with my home warranty company, and attempting to obtain the needed unit. That level of service deserves recognition and the reward of my future business. I will definitely use Acrat Plumbing in the future.

Super knowledgeable, honest, nice guy who fixed our problem with our 30 year old furnace and took the time to chat with us and explain things. He is hard to get ahold of, probably because he's so busy, but would definitely use him again.

This is the first time I have left feedback online for any business; but, my wife and I were so pleased with Acrat Plumbing & Heating's customer service that I felt I should. Our air conditioner failed and Acrat responded right away. Dave quickly diagnosed the problem and reached out to suppliers for replacement of the faulty part. He pushed back against the 14 day estimates he was given; and, worked hard to find the replacement part in 2 days. Dave returned to our house in Napa from Petaluma the following day and fixed the problem. With heat in the high 90's, having a bit of cold air in the house was much needed.
