We have a mini split system that was a DIY project that has been running fine for 2 years until it was reading an error code and not working properly. Many companies would not come out to work on it but the guys at GRUPE were more than ready to do the work. They came out, diagnosed the problem and got the manufacturer to send out warrantied parts. We only paid for labor. We will not hesitate to use them again when needed.
