Chad came out right away to look at the problem. He diagnosed it quickly and efficiently. He was able to fix the problem which had nothing to do with control panel or the wiring. He walked us through everything that he was going to do, making us feel comfortable. I knew I was in good hands and could trust him. I did not trust the first HVAC company. They were unable to show me where this broken wire was or that the control panel looked burnt out. I will use Baier heating and air conditioning for any of my heating and air problems.
