“Whittier Refrigeration was Highly recommended to us on our Whittier/SFS FB group. Our washer stopped working and our warranty expired. I called Joaquin this morning and he had someone out within 2 hours. He found the problem and fixed it right on the spot. I was a little nervous because it is a front loader and HE and I know they can be expensive to repair so when he told me how much he was going to charge my mouth fell open, I was so grateful. I cannot believe they've been there for over 40 years. Well they have our business we will definitely go there for any appliance repair they also sell used appliances so we will definitely always check with them first. “We have used this service once before for our refrigerator filter and Alex was our technician. One of our ovens in our double oven went kaput at the most inopportune time...a week before Thanksgiving! So my grandiose plans of hosting Friendsgiving was a no-go. I definitely require two ovens for holiday cooking and baking. Alex was again assigned to us and provided a quote. He came back with the parts a few days later. He took apart our top oven, and repaired it within a few hours. We are very satisfied with the service provided by Alex. Would call them again if we need other appliance repairs.“

“Had a gas leak from under my stove burner hood. Robert was incredibly professional, super punctual, and extremely communicative. Was able to get the part as soon as supply chain would allow, and swapped it out in a few minutes.“

“After a gas leak caused the gas company to shut off our gas, we reached out to Perez Plumbing in the afternoon to explain our problem. They promptly came over the next morning to inspect our home and conduct a leak test. They were able to locate the source of the leak and isolate it quickly to get our gas turned on. During that same pressure test they checked all of the gas valves in the house and replaced 2 that we didn’t even know were leaking. We were happy that they took extra steps to test our gas lines twice to ensure our gas system met the gas company’s standards. Gabriel was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we were informed through the entire process. We’re grateful we chose Perez Plumbing for our problem“

“Brian (Go Water Heater technician) was excellent. He's very professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Water leak problem was quickly identified and immediately solved. Very efficient!“
“We had service on a kenmore elite refridgerator. The tech knew the problem was the compressor and ordered the compressor and replaced the compressor on a second visit. The compressor took 1 hour to relace and the refridgerator started cooling again. We are pleased about that. The problem i have is we were charged $558 for labor and we had to pay the labor charge when the compressor was ordered before any labor was done. So i guess they charge $558 per hour labor.“
