Thank you, Simon, for coming out to repair a loose air duct from my clients dryer. She is happy that she is able to do laundry again. Simon responded to my call right away, and we set an appt for the next day. He fixed the problem with such ease and professionalism. Definitely will be calling him for future repairs.

Even though it took a bit of effort to communicate with Simon (texting works best!) and schedule an appointment to fix my Maytag Washer/Dryer, the results were excellent. He showed up promptly and fixed the unit so that it works like new. He expertly overcame all difficulties (this unit is in a tight space) and had all needed parts, so he finished the job in a very timely manner. Thanks Simon!
