After a gas leak caused the gas company to shut off our gas, we reached out to Perez Plumbing in the afternoon to explain our problem. They promptly came over the next morning to inspect our home and conduct a leak test. They were able to locate the source of the leak and isolate it quickly to get our gas turned on. During that same pressure test they checked all of the gas valves in the house and replaced 2 that we didn’t even know were leaking. We were happy that they took extra steps to test our gas lines twice to ensure our gas system met the gas company’s standards. We called Perez Appliance and Plumbing Repair for a gas leak reported to us by the gas company. Gabriel arrived and immediately began a pressure test and found the leaks. He was honest enough to tell me that if he quoted all of the repairs it would have been too expensive and instead quoted the repipe at a fair price. The work was done ahead of schedule and got us back our gas faster than we thought! Gabriel is a very knowledgeable guy and will definitely call him for any repair in the future.

The job was well done, very professional and respectful. Took the time to educate us and explain our options. I highly recommend their services.
