I've been using Arrow Appliances for over 12 years and Dave is an honest and professional repairman. Once he told me that my old refrigerator was not worth repairing and didn't even charge me. Dave is one of the Good Guys. I first called Dave at the end of 2021 my Speed Queen was making a very strange noise. Since we were still under warranty Speed Queen gave us David's contact information. Turns out there was a part that was the problem and David was able to fix it and he also balanced our machine. Fast forward 2022 my Speed Queen Washer is making a variety of noises ranging from a machine gun rat-a-tat-tat to a hissing squealing sound close to a zydeco band tuning up. At this time I know I am no longer under warranty but I decide to call Dave.
