Enrique was our service technician. He was very professional. He diagnosed our HVAC problem and explained everything thoroughly. After fixing the problem, he gave us service recommendations to keep our HVAC working properly. He was on time, polite, and extremely easy to talk too. We are very satisfied with his service.
Maston was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I appreciated that he wore shoe covers as we don’t wear shoes in the house and we have a crawling baby. He also gave great advice for keeping our fridge running well.
Technician did a good job replacing the required parts but left the bad part for me to dispose and did not clean up before leaving. Did not offer and documents or require any signature.
