Paradise Appliance Service offers prompt and courteous phone support. Their service visit fee is $149, which can be applied toward labor if the customer hires them. Some technicians may lack customer service skills, but others show competence and helpfulness. Customers' experiences vary; some issues remain unresolved despite multiple visits, but when the right technician is assigned, problems are diagnosed and fixed efficiently. For instance, a technician named Quang Nguyen was praised for his thorough and professional service, taking the time to explain repairs and offer advice on other appliances. Customers appreciate quick responses and courteous staff, especially when dealing with issues like ice maker malfunctions or microwave/oven problems. Overall, the company’s success depends on consistent technician training, but many customers have had positive experiences, especially when repairs are completed correctly on the first visit.
rep was wonderful he took his time analyzing the fridge and was able to determine the issues and so far it looks like is working properly he was very professional as well as amicable and made me feel that he knew what he was doing and explained the issues he found and repaired them right away meaning it didn't take him long even with this hot hot weather. thx
It's always a pleasure to have Benito provide service for me. He's thoughtful and considerate and I trust him to get the job done. His personality and conversations are always great.
