Didn't use their services since my Maytag was under warranty with Lowe's but they answered the phone promptly and lady was very courteous.They charge $149 for service visit and it's applied towards Labor if you use their services.

Tech (80)was sent out to fix my washer, he was very indifferent to my questions about the washer , typical millennial no customer service skills. He made things worse with his inexperience and another tech (QN)had to come and fix 3 things (80) messed up.I gave 3 stars instead of none only because tech (QN) has customer service skills and know how and he really tried. This company needs to train (80) better or give him the boot. Sadly my washer is still leaking after 7 visits.

Pretty much the same experience as the others here when dealing with a Whirlpool warranty service. Not sure if they are paid by Whirlpool by each visit but it seems that way. A lot of showing up, needing to order parts, waiting on parts, wrong parts arrived, more waiting. Ugh. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant but after two months of a broken fridge enough was enough. I ended up buying the Lowe's extended warranty before the manufacturer warranty was up and once that took effect I went with them. They came out to look, said it was unfixable and I was sent a gift card for the full price of the fridge.
